Marden Quarry

The Quarry, which is situated in Whitley Bay, holds Mirror Carp well into double figures as well as Common Carp, also to a good size. Other species of silver fish also populate the water. Access to the quarry is gained from Marden Road South, entering the quarry, opposite the Quarry Public House, and turning an immediate right into the car park. On no account should anglers’ cars be driven down the access road to the water’s edge. No close season applies on this water.
